Terms and Conditions of Vangogo Van Hire

These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) constitute a legal agreement between you (the “Customer”) and Vangogo Van Hire (the “Company”). By booking a van with Vangogo Van Hire, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below:

Van Rental Requirements

To rent a van from Vangogo Van Hire, the Customer must:

1. Be at least 21 years old
2. Hold a valid driver’s license, which has been held for at least 12 months
3. Provide a valid credit or debit card for the rental payment
4. Provide two forms of identification (passport, driver’s license, and utility bill).

Rental Period

The rental period shall commence and expire at the times and dates set forth in the rental agreement.

Vehicle Returns

1. The vehicle shall be returned to the rental office on the agreed date and time
2. Failure to return the vehicle on the agreed date and time may result in additional charges
3. The Customer must return the vehicle in the same condition as it was rented.

Payment

1. Payment for the rental must be made by credit or debit card or cash on collection or delivery at the time of booking
2. Additional charges for fuel, insurance, and other fees may be added at the end of the rental period
3. The Customer will be charged for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation of a booking must be made at least 24 hours before the agreed rental period
2. Cancellation within 24 hours of the rental period will result in a charge of the full rental amount
3. Failure to collect the vehicle within two hours of the agreed rental period will result in the cancellation of the booking and the full rental amount will be charged.

Insurance

The rental fee includes comprehensive insurance coverage, subject to an excess fee. The Customer may reduce the excess fee by purchasing additional insurance coverage.

Driving Restrictions

1. The Customer may only drive the vehicle in the United Kingdom unless prior arrangements have been made with the Company
2. The Customer must not use the vehicle for illegal purposes, racing, or any other activity that may cause damage to the vehicle or injury to any person.

Limitation of Liability

1. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage caused to the Customer’s personal property during the rental period
2. The Company is not liable for any injury or loss of life caused by the Customer’s negligence or misuse of the vehicle
3. The Company is not liable for any consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from the use of the vehicle.

Amendments

The Company may amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Any such amendments will be effective upon posting on the Company’s website.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

By booking a van with Vangogo, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
